ProEarth

Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.

Anil Gokarn

Anil Gokarn

Anil founded ProEarth Ecosystems in 2013 after he volunteered with INORA in 2012.  His inspiration to work on environmental causes came from his stay at Navdanya in Dehradun, an organic farm which is the center of activities of the global environmental activist Dr. Vandana Shiva.

Prior to this, he was working in the Automobile industry for over a decade until he found his life’s calling in social and environmental causes.

Anil’s vision is to be play a significant role in transforming how cities will handle their waste, while offering dignified livelihoods to the urban underprivileged. This is the core vision that drives ProEarth to achieve its many successful projects.

Our first project was a 10-flat society. From understanding challenges on ground to designing systems – we have over 100+ customers, whom we provide constant service of daily composting their wet waste.

Today our team has grown to 26 members, who are jointly responsible for managing over 7 tonnes of organic waste daily, 60 tonnes of garden waste monthly and over 5 tonnes of dry waste. Our entire team shares the vision of cleaning up the city, by providing top quality service to every customer.
